Payment
We accept all major credit cards for payment. Please note that your item will only be shipped once we have verified that your payment has been successfully processed.
Ordering
Make sure your order is accurate before finalizing. If changes are needed after submitting, email us at farmhousecreationswaxcompany@gmail.com promptly.
Shipping
Our processing times before shipping can take 3-5 business days. All orders are handmade and made to order. All orders ship the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. Domestic orders over 13 oz ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders under 13 oz ship First Class Mail and will take slightly longer.
**We do not ship internationally at this time**
Store Pick Up
All store pick up items can be picked up during normal business hours: Thursday and Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Location : 316 W Walton Street Willard, Ohio.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our products cannot be refunded or returned due to their unique nature.
LOST, STOLEN or DELAYED ORDERS
Farmhouse Creations is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number.
